  Driving through Goulburn, we lost our wallet. After panicking for a bit we got a phone call from the staff here and they had the wallet. Lady on the phone was lovely, lady behind counter was also just as lovely. Don't know what the 1 star reviews are on about. Huge thanks 5/5

  Shittest bank ever i had to wait for 25 minutes

  The staff at this bank handled a situation with my grandfather extremely poorly. He went in to the store to pay his rent which is a regular occurrence and no issues have occurred prior to this. The bank deposited the money into the wrong real estates bank account, despite being provided with a document from the real estate, which he uses every other time to pay his rent. When my grandfather got a phone call from the real estate chasing his rent, he went into the bank to see what the problem was and they then told him it had been deposited into the wrong account. They then told him that it was not their problem and that it was his responsibility to chase the money up.My pop is a pensioner in his late 70's with multiple health problems and minimal capacity to deal with this kind of situation. He had an awful time trying to contact the other real estate as they wouldn't help him, so he was totally left in the dark. He tried contacting management at the ANZ bank after this and even they told him it was not their problem. This was unacceptable and they should have sorted it out for him as it was their mistake putting the money into an incorrect account. Appalling service by the staff from this bank and in particular the lady who is supposed to be the manager, however she clearly does not know how to do her job properly and help elderly citizens of the community.
