Stopped here on my way back to Sydney from Canberra. It has standard MacDonald menu, kids play area and ample parking. However like all other busy McDonalds, this too seemed chaotic with staff working like machine rather than human.
We had a great day. My granddaughters loved the play equipment. The food was really quick and efficient. No problems at all. Plenty of staff, who were really helpful and kind! Great experience
All the Burgers were made nicely and not to mention it was packed full of people! Very polite and quick service without any mistakes! Toilets were clean as well.
Open Christmas Day! Staff were decked out in Christmas themed shirts and all smiles. Food was delivered to our table freshly cooked. Bathrooms could have had a bit more attention during the day but, bathrooms none the less. Large fenced area for the kidlets to roam.
Ordering and knowing where to stand is confusing. It too busy whats the point of rushing people through then making them feel awkward not knowing where to stand. Rewind the 5 years or whatever. It may have been a slower process but at least people felt more... Comfortable?
