I work in Goulburn and booked my 2017 Ford Ranger for its 45000km service. After returning to my residence in Sydney I noticed a large oil leak all over my driveway. On inspection I found the oil sump plug had not been tightened correctly. After tightening the plug and adding oil I returned the vehicle back to this dealer. They were happy to take the vehicle and I was told that they would change the oil and filter and would make arrangements to clean my driveway after I provided photos of the oil leak. I have not heard a word since and I have not been asked to review the service as I have been with the other services. I am extremely disapointed in firstly the poor service I received then followed on by the poor customer service from this dealer. Unfortunately I will not return to this dealer nor will I consider purchasing another vehicle from Ford in the future. I am happy for my name to be published as I do not want other people to be to have a similar experience. I m just glade I was not on a holiday when all the engine oil leaked from the sump plug. I would hate to think of the inconvienience and treatment I would have received from this dealer if the engine had blown.
I just tried to call new car sales (4pm). Raining outside so thought I'd have a good chance. Went on a merry-go-round and unable to find a sales person?
