I received an upgrade car that was immaculate both inside and outside, process of both pick up and return were quick and could not have been improved in any way. I rang only 3 hours before hiring - all was explained clearly and concisely on the phone, and all was ready for pick up when I arrived (30 minutes earlier than expected).Totally recommend.
