Exceptional quality and range, superb customer service. The manager sent my RM Williams boots to South Australia to be resoled, they arrived back in brand-new condition. I paid $150 knowing I'll get another ten years out of my riding boots, which I wear nearly every day. If you're looking for investment items that will last up to twenty years (or more), The Country Outfitters is Goulburn's best.

Old fashon service & advice. Purchased a new Akubra as my old on had shrunk in size. Was advised to buy a larger size & add an insert incase it shunk again. just love the hat.Great shop,Great Service, Great products.
