Nearly better off going to the hospital 1 hour and 15 minutes for a booked appointment
Very rude staff at the front desk. Will have a personal conversation on the phone. And will take more calls when done and still leave u standing there.. will not give u any eye contact or say one moment please or sorry for the wait!!!! Just plain rude and really they should not be in that line of work if they treat people like they do. Its call customer service and lady u stink
If you need medical help, do not waste your time or risk your health by using Dr Aloka or in fact this wreckless practice, there is no understanding of a duty of care at all.
Very friendly staff, receptionist was very helpful. Left my phone behind and she chased me up when I was almost out of the centre to hand it back. Not as busy as it normally is, might have something to do with their no drugs of addiction prescribed.
Surgery is hard to get a booking, a doctor refused to write a script of Hydrocortisone for Addison's disease. Ironically the surgery was posting on Facebook about pituitary awareness month. The Dr put me at serious risk. If you look past that, great service!!
