Love training at F45 Goulburn! The trainers are great, knowledgeable and they are always willing to give you easier options if you need them. I have seen great improvements in my fitness. The community is fantastic, the gym is well equipped, the music is always pumping and the workouts are never boring. Highly recommend F45 Goulburn if you want to improve your health and fitness.
Fantastic place to train with 4 big fans and 2 Air cons it is never to hot. Nice and clean. Trainers care and can modify all exercises for any fitness level. Awesome atmosphere.
