Twice been there in last 2 weeks and looks like there service is going down. They take extreamly long time to serve through drive through. Maybe they need more staffs

The food quality was good and service fast and clean but was disappointed with my Spicy Chicken Twister as it had large slices of bacon in it and I don't eat pork: it makes me sick. Advertising should mention bacon as many don't eat pork for various reasons. I did make a comment to the girl on the counter but she gave me a confused look, obviously not understanding my issue. I pulled the slices off which made a mess of the Twister. Just wish the advertising was clearly "Spicy Chicken with Bacon Twister".
Always giving the same excuse of card machine not working. It appears like they prefer cash payments. When is this going to be fixed?
they didn't have the flavour freeze we wanted, so we asked for some popcorn chicken as reimbursement, but nup, no way. and the freezes we got were half empty. terrible experience
