Please support this wonderful small business! I bought only ONE item from them online (I'm in Queensland) on November 1st 2018, as stock everywhere else was sold out. Admittedly I was cautious about buying online from a small business that didn't have all the flashy 'professional' advertising, and I don't use Social Media so didn't have the option of asking anyone if they knew if the business was reliable or what-have-you. I needn't have worried and I am so very glad that, in a very small way, I contributed to their business. My item arrived in perfect condition, packaged with a lot of care. It was sent via Fastway Couriers and was wrapped so safely that there was zero chance of any damage. I was thrilled to receive my item, and so appreciative of the care taken with packaging - but it didn't end there! What really blew me away (and brought a tear to my eye) was that, despite only buying the one item from them, I received my FIRST Christmas card of 2018, on December 16th, from Revolution CD Goulburn. It wasn't a mass-produced, bulk-printed insert-name-here type card that is typical of many bigger businesses around your birthday or Christmas. No, it was HANDWRITTEN - both the beautiful sentiment inside the card, and my name & address on the envelope. In a world where convenience takes precedence over nearly everything, a handwritten card from ANYONE is a rarity. A handwritten card from a small business that I've only purchased from once (thus far!) is a sure sign that the Revolution CD "family" truly appreciate every one of their customers, and have good old-fashioned genuine customer service.
