Terrible service, awful communication and lost goods. I would recommend other companies having used 3 different ones in the past. The delivery drivers were the best part, very efficient and friendly.
We had a terrible experience with OSS. It was our understanding that our dissembled items such as beds and tables would be reassembled . Instead we found these and many other items just dumped in the rooms in a mad rush just to get to the next job. We ended having to do it all ourselves. A suggestion- a general pro-active communication before delivery would be appreciated to talk through the process and what the delivery would entail.
