I would never buy another shed from them
JamieI would like to point out the following.1. The Shed is prefabricated but it does need to be screwed and bolted. I am not sure what you expected? How is it false advertising?2. We ask all customers to check and tick off all materials when delivered. That way you can be sure that all products have arrived. If there does happen to be a shortfall, we can arrange to have the replacement sent asap.3. Your Builder set the Roof Purlins out incorrectly and used too many because he did not check the material against our list which shows where the products are to be used on the building. Hence that then affected the spacing and your building then needed extra materials to finish it. If he was more experienced, he would have known this. Once we had established what had happened, at no cost to you, we supplied extra materials costing us in excess of $1000 so that he did not have to spend more time resetting the roof Purlins.4. You are not out of pocket $3000, this is totally false. Your Email states the following: Laurie,The shed builder has advised me that he is not going to pursue the $3,000 from me for the additional work. As such, I have not incurred any additional costs as a result of all of the errors.5. Most errors, as you put it, could have been avoided if you had simply checked what had been delivered in the first place. There were no errors and everything was supplied. Your builder made the mistake, not us.Jamie, your shed is fully built, you are not out of pocket, I have over supplied as good will for an issue that was caused by your builder, yet you still have to try and slander my good reputation. So why are you complaining on public forum?It is disappointing to think, that in Australia, people can slander my business or any other business for that matter. This is a gutless & cowardly way. Google do not allow the removal of such vicious attacks as they say it falls within the policy guidelines?Our aim in business, is to always provide the best service and experience we can, even in the event of making mistakes, because we are human. Its how you deal with any such problem that matters.
