I sold a house recently through the great guys and girls at Ray White Goulburn. Impressed could be considered an understatement. Great communication, great advice and a smooth, fluid transaction through every step. The end result was a house sold in days, at above an asking price which was way better than I was hoping for. This team are not breaking sales records in the area because they are lucky. Hard work and dedication is what yields results.

In my 40+ years buying, selling and investing in property, I have never experienced such a poor experience in dealing with a real estate agency as I have with Ray White Goulburn.It appears this agency has no interest in getting the best outcome for their clients and treats prospective buyers with contempt.My wife and I were seeking to relocate from Sydney to be closer to my daughter and her family. This is was our experience:-House 1: Asked to be advised when an offer was received so we could make a counter offer, only to find out via Domain that the house was under offer;-House 2: Told by the agent we would not be interested in viewing a property listed by them because its a young persons house and has stairs (were in our 60s and far from incapacitated);-House 3: Made an initial offer on the property to start negotiations (at this time we were the only party to have made a bid), then was locked out of further negotiations with the vendor when the agent advised us that final offers would only be accepted by what was essentially a Dutch auction. I was later informed that the only other party to make an offer made the exact same offer as us, but the owners decided to sell them the property because they are locals. This was despite me advising the agent we would be willing to negotiate further.It is extremely disappointing that Ray White Goulburn conducts themselves in this manner, and even more disappointing that my calls to them to discuss our experience have gone unanswered.
