Like any other Coles there's not enough staff to serve customers, they try to do a good job but there's just not enough of them.
Its a supermarket. Not much more to it. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful others not so much.
Often don't have what I'm looking for. Plus Coles putting more of their own stuff in ,replacing regular brands. I never buy them.
Coles, Goulburn nsw, why bother having check out???... There's hardly ever more than two open!! Today's waiting time, to get through checkout, 30mins!!! That was when shopping for my mum... Only two check outs open!! Three or more people with full shopping trolleys, waiting to be served!! Then an hour later, to do my own shopping, One check out open!!! Its been like this most days for months. Even the check out ladies, say it's ridiculous!! DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!! And being told by a cole's worker, that all checkouts will be open, just before Christmas, is useless and ridiculous!!
Not enough checkouts open. Their roast pork from deli is overcooked and dry no crackling skin rubbery. Cost $20 not enough meat to feed 3.
