Booked a double room at the sister hotel to this one which looked really nice. Got a call on arrival day saying it was being painted and to go to market st lodge. Cost the same. We got a room with 2 single bed and was barely big enough to stretch in. Was old and smelt like an vinnies shop. Got there and had to wait a couple of hours for the key cause someone else had it. Bar fridge didnt work and tv got next to no reception. Absolutely no kitchen at all. No cups even, let alone utensils and plates. Definitely will not be returning and dont recommend.
Perfect for a weary traveller wanting a stop over for the night on a budget. Accommodated after hours check in as well as received a free upgrade. All the basics taken care of & left well rested.Sharen is a lovely host. Thank you!
